My team was very organised and we prepared and placed all our ingredients into separate bowls before assembling the spring rolls. We served them on a platter with chilli sauce.

Fresh Spring Rolls - Ola
Preparing the ingredients was easy, e.g. slicing the chicken, however filling the rice wrappers and rolling it was difficult for me.
Fresh Spring Rolls - Ana
Cutting up the ingredients was easy to do. The vegetables, such as carrots made the dish healthy. It was cool!
Fresh Spring Rolls - Tamara
We presented our spring rolls on a platter with sweet chilli sauce in the middle. The colours of the ingredients made the spring rolls look appealing.
Fresh Spring Rolls - Marion
It tasted weird, most probably because it was the first time I had tasted it, but it was delicious with the soy sauce.
Fresh Spring Rolls - Lily
We got the pastry which was already cooked but you just needed to put it in a bowl full of cold water first to soften them. I preferred hot water because it goes soft really fast.
Then we put it on the chopping board and filled it in with ingredients such as chicken breast, prawns, vermiceli and vegetables. It is important not to over fill it. We served them with soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.

Fresh Spring Rolls - Javana
It was hard to roll the spring rolls into a cigar shape, however they tasted yummy with the sweet chilli sauce.

Filo Parcels - Teuila
I did well rolling the ingredients into the pastry and making both the triangle and cigar shape parcels.
Filo Parcels - Marion
I shared the Filo Parcels out with my friends and they said it was the best thing I had made in Catering so far.

Chicken Satay - Rose
I haven't use a skewers before it was kinda difficult putting the chicken strips on the skewers because they kept on poking my hand and it didn't go in the right way, it went on the side instead of the middle.
Chicken Satay - Javana
The dish tasted nice on its own but with the sauce it tasted quite funky and weird. But overall it was a 7/10.
Chicken Satay - Sophie
We placed all the Satays on a oval shaped platter leaving a little bit of room on the side for three little cups which were filled with the Peanut Sauce.
Chicken Satay - Marion
We had an oval platter to use for the chicken skewers while we used three round bowls for the peanut sauce.
Chicken Satay - Lily
I used a big platter with a sauce jug and put the chicken satay in the platter and put little dots of sauce so it can look nice.
