Mini Quiche Lorraine - Dakota

We used the cooking spray and sprayed the muffin trays because the is more healthier than greasing it. My dish tasted a bit salty and VERY moist.


Mini Quichie Lorraine - Marion

We filled the shells perfectly, we didnt make it over flowing, it was just right. And we didn't put too much seasoning's in.


Mini Quiche Lorraine - Sophie

We presented it on a white oval platter, with 3 blue serviettes set diagonally and a pretty white patterned type of material on top. We set the Mini Quiche Lorraines on the top in 3 layers.

Knife Knowledge

The Year 11 Catering and Hospitality class have been developing their Knife Knowledge before their first practical class on Friday 14th February (Valentine's Day). 




Students have learnt the correct names for each part of the knife and the steel and identified suitable knives for a variety of kitchen tasks.

Students have been practicing holding and passing their knives correctly.
